Meditation, yoga, and reiki all have a lot written about them — but most of it assumes you already know the basics. Mindfulness Matters is for the person who's curious but hasn't started yet: someone who wants a clear, honest explanation before they commit any time, money, or awkward first class to something new.
We cover three areas: meditation, yoga, and reiki and energy healing. Each guide is written to answer the questions a real beginner would actually ask — not the questions an expert assumes you already know the answers to.
